MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase online could not be easier. Simply browse our store and select the item(s) you would like. Add them to your shopping basket and when you’re finished click on ‘checkout’. You will be asked for a few details to complete your order and will receive confirmation via e-mail. You will be given a delivery date as soon as possible with an approximate time. Orders can also be placed by telephone or in person in store. 

PRICING & DELIVERY

All prices quoted on our website include VAT (where applicable) at the standard UK rate of 15%. We accept all major credit and debit cards (except Amex), which can be used online or telephoned through. You may also post us a cheque made payable to ‘Pets Emporium’, but please allow time for cheques to clear before we dispatch your goods. Goods may be paid for in advance in store and we will also accept Cash on Delivery.

We aim to deliver your goods within 1 - 3 working days depending on the time of day we receive your order and available stock. We will contact you by either phone or e-mail (let us know in the comments box at checkout if either of these is not acceptable) in the event of any item being out of stock, giving you the option to cancel, substitute or place on back order with an approximate delivery date. We receive 3 stock orders per week so out of stocks are soon replaced. We always aim to do what’s best for the customer in terms of delivery time and date. You will receive confirmation by e-mail of receipt of online orders and also confirmation of dispatch. Orders received by telephone or in store will be confirmed verbally. 

PRIVACY

The only reason we need your address, telephone and e-mail is to process your order and supply you with your goods. We will not pass them to any third party. If you like our service (and we’re confident you will) you will use us again.

All manufacturers normal guarantees apply. We personally guarantee our total commitment to your satisfaction. Some of the images on this website are sample images and may make slight allowances from the actual product by way of colour or size appearance.
